Service Plans

This service is the classic property management service including:

• Listing property

• Showing property

• Maintaining property 

• Collecting security deposit and rents (optional)

• Cleaning property upon moveout

This is perfect for out of town property owners, elderly owners, or owners who also work fulltime.

Service fee is typically 10% of the monthly rent. 

This service will take the property through listing all the way to getting the lease executed!

This service is great for property owners who live nearby, who work full time, and who would like support with public relations,  marketing, and drafting the lease.

Service fee is typically 50% of the first month's rent. 

This service helps the property owner promote and market their property. We keep the listing visible, schedule showings, and make introductions when we have an approved applicant. 

This service is right for the property owner who is familiar with drafting and executing leases, collecting rents, and has their own maintenance resources. 

Service fee is typically 30% of the first month's rent.
